Starting as a teenager, I lived a “should” life. It appeared I was successful. But the closer I got to impressive goals, the further I felt from myself. Sounds familiar?
After obtaining a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and a master’s degree in International Business, I began working for one of the biggest fashion companies in Germany.
What looked like an amazing life on the outside felt like the opposite on the inside. I was unfulfilled. Unhappy. Low on energy. Disconnected from my body. And I was terrified to make a change. It was easier to prioritize the happiness of others. Is this something you’ve experienced, too?
My physical, mental, and emotional health suffered greatly as a result. I finally gained the courage to quit my job when I hit rock bottom three years ago. Next, I left my apartment, ended my relationship, and went to Bali for my first yoga teacher training. And only then did I begin to experience belonging, freedom, and the safety I had longed for. Through yoga, breathwork, meditation, and mindset work, I transformed the way I lived — an outward, validation-seeking life – into an inward journey, focusing on the deep connection with myself.
Now, I find deep fulfillment in my work — supporting people in overcoming blockages and limitations to live their most authentic lives.
